Inchon marathon was held near Seoul in Korea on June 06th. More than 6000 skaters took part to the race and Fila team was present with three members, Presti, Zangarini and Saggiorato. Racing is growing a lot in Korea and more and more marathon with thousands of skaters are taking place in the country during the season. After the World Inline Cup of Seoul in April, Fila team, decided to compete again in Asia in order to consolidate the leading position that Presti and teammates already have in Europe after the several success obtained in the World Cup marathons. Once again the 100mm Fila train showed his power dominating the event. During the 42Km race top Korean skaters tried to break away but Presti and Zangarini did a big effort chasing all these attempts. In the last Km the main pack was all together and Fila team took the lead with Luca Saggiorato who launched his captain Presti to the victory in front of his teammate Francesco Zangarini. Third place was taken by Colombian Jorge Botero (Bont) who passed Saggiorato by few centimeters just before the finish line. Thousands of people was present to watch the race and Fila athletes has been treaty like heroes signing many autographs to the Korean fans that one more time showed to be very nice and really keen on the sport of inline skating. Next competitions for Fila team will be in Sempachersee (SWI) on June 12th and Dijon (FRA) on June 13th.
